Curve it
The Circuit 'Curve It' was designed for former Curves members and is suitable for all age groups. This involves moving from station to station with 30-45 seconds working time and 15sec rest times.
Duration: 30min-45min
Intensity: Low Impact
Circuit
Moderate-high impact, full-body circuit class. It could include moving from station to station or performing a series of exercises back to back. This class uses cardio equipment, weights and sometimes the machines on the gym floor.
Duration: 45min
Intensity: Moderate to High
Spin
Spin is an indoor cycling class using a stationary bike. It involves changing resistance levels, interval training and experiencing a similar response to riding on flat, uphill and downhill roads.

Spin & Tone
Spin & Tone is an indoor cycling class using a stationary bike and light weights. It involves changing resistance levels, interval training and experiencing a similar response to riding on flat, uphill and downhill roads. When resistance training, this may include circuit training or a series of different movements each time.

X-Train
Low-Moderate impact, full-body circuit training. Designed for all age groups and fitness levels, it includes moving from station to station and every workout session is different.

HIIT
High Intensity Interval Training involves working at sub-maximal heart rate zones with weights and cardio equipment. Great for fat burning and working up a sweat!

Stretch
Stretch includes holding a variety of stretches for moderate durations to increase mobility and flexibility. It's always different and is recommended for all age groups and fitness levels.

Boxing
Boxing is class which involves learning or performing boxing combinations and increasing overall fitness. This class includes core work, bag work and boxing pads with the trainer. We have members that prefer kick-boxing and we accommodate for this by adding kicks to a combination (Not required to kick).

Intensity: Moderate-High
Pick n Mix
Pick n Mix is a class for all age groups and fitness levels. You get to pick your exercises, number of reps and set the intensity for yourself. It includes five pods, four exercises in each, alternatives and funky music.
